Refund Policy

In the case in which products received from Dragon Metal Manufacturing are either damaged or do not comply with the drawings provided, Dragon Metal offers its customers compensation, either in the form of a replacement or in the form of a monetary refund/credit note.

All claims must be sent to Dragon Metal Manufacturing with a brief description and photos highlighting the issues within 30 days of delivery.

Upon approval, Dragon Metal will either replace the goods, pay for local repairs, offer a credit note or refund the products. Depending on the severity of the issue, partial or total refunds may be considered.

The decision of which refund method to apply is based solely on the discretion of Dragon Metal.
